NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (NUST-SEECS)

The purpose of laying down this procedure is to ensure smooth conduct of classes as per the schedule and facilitate the students not registered for a course offered at NUST-SEECS.

PROCEDURES:
Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD Students of constituent colleges of NUST and other HEC recognized Universities are eligible to attend courses offered at NUST-SEECS.
Constituent college/Institute students will be required to apply through HQ NUST for attending any course offered at NUST-SEECS; in the meantime, they can continue attending classes by submitting copy of the letter of college/Institute forward to NUST in exam branch NUST-SEECS.
NUST-SEECS students will apply for the course by submitting their request on prescribed Pro forma, duly completed Pro forma should reach the Training Branch two weeks before the commencement of the course.
Students other than NUST-SEECS and constituent colleges of NUST must process their request by submitting prescribed Pro forma available at NUST-SEECS website and with NUST-SEECS Information Office. An official permission letter from their Institute/college is to be arranged by the concerned student.
NUST Statues for conduct of course/examination will be applicable to all the students. Subject to submission of their clearance, the successful candidates will be able to obtain, on request, the certificate of participation from Exam section/Registrar NUST.
NUST Constituent college/Institute will not be charged any fee while students from other universities will be charged Rs. 10,000/- per subject per semester.
