Student Awards

Following students will be awarded gold medals and merit certificates during convocation for their excellent performance in their respective courses

Rehearsals

The two day rehearsal program at NUST SEECS Grounds is appended below. Attendance of rehearsal on both days is compulsory. The students who miss rehearsal will not be allowed to attend the convocation.

Registration (Closed)

All qualified students of BIT-5, BIT-6, BICSE-1, BICSE-2 and BEE-1 are required to submit Rs. 2000/- as Convocation fee through Bank Draft or Pay Order. Bank draft or Pay order should be made out in favor of "Consultancy Fund", Account # 400110004325 and must reach NUST SEECS Reception (by Hand or through Courier) before 25th March 2009 .

Dress Code for Members Of Procession Faculty and Students

Male Students shall wear a black or dark gray suit with white shirt and university tie. Female students shall wear white shalwar kameez. No other dress besides white shalwar kameez will be allowed to on the day of convocation.

Gown, hood and cap will be provided by NUST-SEECS Exam Department to the student on First Rehearsal. The same will be collected back by Exam Department staff after the end of the Convocation Ceremony.

Guests

• Students are allowed to bring two guests to the convocation.
• Guests of students must be close relatives and 18+ years old.
• Guests are not required to attend rehearsals.
• It is the responsibility of the student to make sure that their guest/s strictly follow the convocation schedule.

Convocation Official Photography Session

Convocation Photography will be done by Mr Ejaz Satti of FotoRight. All official convocation pictures will be available at his Studio.
